• Identity & Account Data: Legal full name, business entity trade name, corporate email address, contact telephone, and role credentials.
• Transactional & E-Bill Records: Delivery consignee addresses, ordered hardware SKUs, order amounts, and UAE Tax Registration Numbers (TRN).
• Financial Settlements: Payment method selections, wallet transaction ledgers, and tokenized payment authorization tokens. (Credit card numbers are processed directly via PCI-DSS Level 1 payment gateways and never stored on NexTech servers).
• Telemetry & Security Logs: IP address, browser user-agent, Cloudflare Ray IDs, session timestamps, and administrative audit log events.
